Ishu Dikshit

Ishu Dikshit leads the firm’s operations in New Delhi and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, representing clients in matters involving constitutional challenges, service and employement law, commercial disputes, company law and statutory appeals. His regulatory expertise extends to advising on legal frameworks governing infrastructure, energy, environment, and consumer protection. He is frequently engaged in high-stakes matters requiring strategic legal insight and nuanced argumentation.
He is also well-versed in handling matters before key national adjudicatory bodies including NCLAT, APTEL, NGT, and NCDRC. His multidisciplinary experience and meticulous approach have made him a trusted advisor for corporates and institutions navigating complex regulatory and compliance-related litigation.
Bhanu Bajpai

Bhanu’s practice encompasses a wide spectrum of contentious and advisory work across civil, commercial, regulatory, and service law domains. Known for his strategic litigation skills and courtroom command, Bhanu regularly appears before the High Court at Allahabad and Lucknow, as well as before specialized tribunals and forums such as the NCLT, DRT, DRAT, Consumer Forums, and Commercial Courts.
Bhanu maintains a strong focus on commercial litigation and arbitration, representing clients in disputes involving shareholder arrangements, infrastructure contracts, real estate ventures, and contractual enforcement. He frequently represents both financial institutions and borrowers before the DRT and DRAT, and is also active in disputes under the Companies Act and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. Bhanu also advises and represents clients in real estate, consumer and insurance disputes.
